Didn’t work out? If for some reason you want to return your purchase for store credit, it must be done within 14 days from the date you placed your order. Because we have items cut per-order, all returns will be issued as Store Credits only. 

  • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.
  • All "Sale Items" purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange, or refund.
  • All accessories including cosmetics & intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged due to safety hazards. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box when shipping back. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.


How to Send Your Return Back (Store Credit Only)

You must return your items to the address below within 15 days from the date you placed your order. Please print & fill out our "Return Form" & include this inside the package. You will receive your refund in the form of Store Credit. After we receive your return, it will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days.
